Participation requires Path Ready approval. We may pause or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal, reputational, fraud, or customer-service risk.
Approved partners earn 20% of the eligible package subtotal actually paid through a properly tracked referral. Attribution uses the most recent valid affiliate click within 60 days. Self-referrals, duplicate orders, fraudulent payments, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, taxes, and untracked purchases are not commissionable.
Each commission remains pending for 14 days after cleared payment. Eligible balances are paid monthly after reaching $50. Amounts below $50 roll forward. A commission may be reversed before payment when its underlying transaction is refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.
Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose the financial relationship near every recommendation or link. A suitable disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”
No spam, purchased email lists, cookie stuffing, misleading or unsubstantiated claims, fake testimonials, impersonation, self-referrals, coupon or trademark-domain abuse, or paid-search bidding on “Path Ready” and confusingly similar terms. Partners may not promise interviews, jobs, refunds, or outcomes that Path Ready does not promise.
Approved resources may be used only to promote Path Ready accurately. Partners receive aggregate clicks, orders, commissions, and payouts—not customer resumes, names, email addresses, payment details, or intake data.
Path Ready may update the program prospectively or terminate participation. Valid commissions already earned remain payable unless linked to a violation or ineligible transaction.
