We collect the contact details, work history, job information, and files you submit so we can evaluate and fulfill your order or provide a requested free resume health check.
We use submitted information only to answer your questions, process your order, create your requested career documents, deliver files, provide revisions, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records.
Path Ready uses Hostinger for hosting and email, Stripe for payment processing, and model providers involved in drafting and quality review. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Path Ready.
We keep privacy-limited, first-party counts of pages viewed and referral or campaign labels. These counts do not store an advertising identifier, full IP address, or cross-site profile. If you submit a form, its source information may be saved with the submission so we can understand which outreach produced it.
If you follow an approved partner link, we set a first-party affiliate cookie for up to 60 days. It contains the partner code and referral time, not your name, email address, resume, or payment information. If you place an order, the code may be connected to the payment so we can calculate the partner's commission. Partners see aggregate clicks, orders, commissions, and payouts, but not customer identity or submitted career information.
Website intake files, free health-check files, and first-party traffic summaries are automatically deleted after 30 days. Order and payment records may be retained longer when required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing mercer@pathready.io. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.
We restrict access to customer files and use protected connections and private service routes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
